ORDER PROCESSING:
will normally process and ship your order within 48 hours. If you place an order on Friday after 1:00 PM (EST) we will process it the next business day. Please consider some delays may occur if the credit card is rejected, the shipping address is different than the billing address or because of inventory availability. You will be notified via email if any of this or other problems occurs. You may choose Standard or Express method. All deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures.

Claims - errors in orders should be received within 10 days of receipt of goods. Claims made after 10 days may not be honored.

Easy Return Policy
ExotiK offers satisfaction guaranteed. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or apply a credit towards your next order only. You must return the items unworn and unwashed, with all the original labels and tags within one weeks of receipt of merchandise. We will not accept returns on jockstrap or thongs due to Florida regulations. We will not accept returns on items purchased on the (clearance) or (buy 1 get 1 free) categories, these are final sales. We will accept returns up to a total of 6 items per order. If you are returning an item, please enclose a note with your original order number your complete name, address and telephone number.
