• If you are unhappy with your order in any way, you may return or exchange any unused & worn product for up to 15 days after purchase of your order and according to our terms & conditions below.

• Due to Florida Compilance law Code , we cannot ACCEPT exchanges or returns of opened, used, or worn (TRIED ON) merchandise unless defective.

• No RETURNS ACCEPTED on all Men & Women Swimwear, Thongs, Jockstraps, Costumes/Outfits, all Bra's & Body Shapers and Lingerie.

  • Accepts exchanges.

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of the item.

  • Please send us an email before returning or exchanging an item.

  • We accept returns only in the case that the item is broken, damage or  you received a different color or size from ordered. Please send us a photo showing the problem.

  • We do not accept returns if you change your mind or you just decided that you do not want the product anymore. Please understand that these requirements are necessary to maintain these products in the un-worn condition due to hygiene. This way, each customer can buy an un-used product.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval from ExotiK Underwear and Lingerie. Store.

  • To qualify for return or exchange, items must be received in our store within 15 days of receipt in the following conditions:

    1. The item must be new, unused, unwashed.

    2. Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached shipping back in their original packaging.

    3. tems must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not have on perfume when trying on garments.

    4. Any item returned used, soiled or washed will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you.

     

  • All returns are inspected. With no exceptions, no returns will be accepted for any returned item that is torn, has been worn, shows dirt or make-up, any smells, original tags removed or out of the original packaging, etc.

  • A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund if item is returned.

  • The cost of re-shipping of merchandise or for an exchange is the responsibility of the customer.  An invoice will be sent to you via e-mail to cover the shipping fees for the new exchange item.

  • Package Returns made by the shipping carrier marked "refused", "rejected", "undelivered", "wrong or insufficient address", "no answer/too many attempts", or similar, are held at store credit only with all shipping costs non-reimbursable. Additionally, any secondary shipping (re-ship) is at the responsibility of the customer. 

   

For any EXCHANGE for the items that were purchased with FREE SHIPPING  offer, is only for initial shipping. Therefore, buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.

International Buyers – Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
